 Ngc 5965 and friends

  Ngc 5965 is a spiral galaxy in constellation Draco. It shows a small sort of "sting" in the south of the disk. Next to this galaxy, there is the bluish colored Ngc 5963, which is far in the foreground. Ngc 5971 at the left side shows some features of interaction with another galaxy.

Image taken at the Gahberg observatory, Upper Austria;

Luminance 35x15 min, RGB 13x15 min each channel, 18.5 h total exposure time, in March 2014.
Luminance was taken with a 10" f/4 Newtonian, RGB with a 5" f/5 Newtonian simultaneosly.
